the lights are on

After nearly two years, the Temple lights are back on and the renovation of this beautiful building is nearing completion. I have sorely missed its calming influence in my life while it has been closed and feel tremendous gratitude to live within the reach of its glow.

For three weeks, the Laie Hawaii LDS Temple is opening to EVERYONE prior to its rededication. If you would like to go on a tour INSIDE the Temple, you can make a reservation at: www.lds.org/reservations. Open house tours go from Friday, October 22, 2010 through Saturday, November 13, 2010 (every day except Sundays).

As always, our door is open, and it will be an experience worth the journey.
