We're home. After a lovely summer spent with family. The banana trees Mark and the girls gave me for Mother's Day are growing taller. The yard still has a lot of work to be done after a summer of partial neglect (thankfully, the neighbor kept the lawn mowed).

It always takes me time to adjust traveling between two worlds. I've been sick since arriving home two weeks ago and busy getting caught up after being away for so long. My heart is both happy and sad to be home. We're trying to focus on the happy. That said, happy Friday. Do a twirl or two. It brings sunshine to the soul.
