pure sweetness

She stepped forward out of the shade into the light with a mouth full of food and bread crumbs on her lips just as my shutter clicked. I'm not sure which melted me first - her smile or sparkly eyes. I don't think it was coincidence that every name we considered for this little girl has something to do with light. Her soul is filled with light and it shines through her eyes.
