a girl who collects sticks
No walk along the beach is complete without collecting at least one big stick.
She's getting so big. I picked up Kindergarten registration papers for Naomi the other day. Really. My baby going to school. ALL DAY. Without me. ??! I'll be the mom peeking in the classroom window EVERY day.
Naomi started gymnastics last week. The look on her face while she was doing warm up stretches with the other little girls was beyond priceless. She was so giddy and grinning from ear to ear - probably the way I looked the day I found out she (and later Kalea) were coming to our family. She was so excited she could hardly stand it and now wants to wear her practice leotard every day to "practice" for her next class.
I'm in love. With a little girl. Who's almost 5.

What a cutie! i had the same feelings about Hannah starting school too. We're able to eat lunch with her any day and at first we went every week. That seemed to help all of us and we got to meet all of her classmates. I hope that you'll be able to do something like that too!
