On Memorial Day and Labor Day everyone on the island leaves the city and comes to the "country". The beaches and roads were packed, so we decided to avoid the crowds and head to town! We enjoyed Monday together hanging out at the zoo (Thank goodness for season passes!), dinner at Cheesecake Factory (Omi was so good and won over the hearts of everyone at the table next to us), a trip to Walmart and sunset on the beach in Waikiki. It was so nice to be together and let Omi run and play and to watch her delight.

The zoo is beautiful with large open grassy areas that Omi loves to run and play in.

Naomi soaked through her diaper, so we stripped her down, washed her pants off and hung them to dry on the fence. Mark never lets her run around in just her diaper, so she was delighted!
