Omi: "Mommy, I have an idea! Let's paint!"

She's been pretending to paint things all week... I think the urge stemmed from a painting project they did in nursery class. She keeps asking, "You remember that?" I've never been brave enough to pull out the paints...



...but she did remarkably well staying clean, and her painting... well, I'm in love with it.




And notice her signature... if you look closely in the bottom right, you'll see an N overlapping the O and an I. Not bad, we're just missing the A and M... oh, and it's backwards! ;)



We'll be pulling out the paints again tomorrow. Maybe by the end of the week we'll be ready for a gallery show. Think you could hook us up with a gallery, Kimi? Haha.
