morning sunshine

This afternoon I find myself only wanting to look at photos and write. That's bad because I have a million things to complete. But It's been a while since I've felt like writing... anything... so I think that makes it... good?

This morning the girls and I went out to have a rice rusk picnic in the backyard.





Yesterday we picked several herbs from the garden - lavender, rosemary, parsley and basil - to touch and smell and placed them all in the wagon during our wagon ride. It rained a lot last night and when we went out this morning, the girls found their herbs floating in the wagon filled with water.



They were so happy splashing and playing with the water that I let them go ahead and soak each other. Kalea eventually figured out how to climb in (she's turned into a climber!) and at that point I figured I'd just drop them in the tub when we were done. I grabbed the camera and here are a few photos from the morning...
